Start a conversationWhat we do
Industrial and commercial cladding systems installed to line and level — built-up, composite panel and rainscreen, including flashings, trims and interfaces.
We deliver a comprehensive range of industrial and commercial roofing services, from complete roof replacement and overroofing systems to targeted repairs and planned maintenance. Our expertise includes roof stripping and re-sheeting, membranes, insulation, roof penetrations, valley gutters and rainwater systems, providing durable and effective solutions tailored to each building.
We provide a complete range of groundworks services for industrial and commercial projects, including drainage installations, hardstanding, block paving, access routes and site preparation. All works are completed to the required specifications, creating a reliable foundation for the next stage of construction.
We carry out controlled dismantling and strip-out works across industrial and commercial sites. Each project is carefully planned to accommodate live working environments, with safe segregation, responsible material clearance and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Selected work
Four genuine projects showing the challenges faced, the work delivered and the finished result.
01 Industrial envelope and access
CWC Ltd was appointed by a valued repeat client to improve the usability and weather resistance of their existing industrial dome structures.
The project brief was to create a fully wind- and watertight environment while maintaining the unrestricted access required for daily operations. To achieve this, we installed large-scale roller shutter doors specifically designed to accommodate the movement of 40-foot containers.
The completed works provide improved protection from the elements while creating a secure, durable and more functional space tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
This project demonstrates CWC Ltd’s ability to deliver practical construction solutions that balance long-term performance with real-world usability.
02 Groundworks and drainage
CWC Ltd was appointed to carry out targeted drainage repairs and reinstate an area of sunken block paving in Speke, Liverpool.
The underground drainage pipes had become disjointed, allowing water to escape and wash away sections of the supporting sub-base. This loss of support caused the block paving above to settle and become uneven.
Our team lifted the affected paving, repaired the damaged drainage connections and installed a sand blinding layer to restore a stable, even foundation. The original block paving was then carefully relaid to the correct levels, leaving the area secure, functional and professionally reinstated.
03 Fire protection
CWC Ltd was appointed by a landlord in Salford after a newly installed external cladding system achieved only a 30-minute fire rating and did not meet the building’s required fire-performance standards.
Rather than removing and replacing the recently installed cladding, our team proposed a practical internal solution designed to deliver the required level of protection while minimising disruption, additional cost and material waste.
A jumbo stud partition was constructed inside the existing dwarf blockwork wall using 50mm studs and two layers of 12.5mm FireLine board, providing a one-hour fire rating. A 50mm intumescent fire batt was also carefully installed around the structural steelwork to maintain the continuity and integrity of the fire line.
The project was completed within one week. The new partition was finished to a tape-and-joint standard and fully painted, leaving a clean and professional result. Two access openings were retained to allow the client’s electrician to relocate the smoke alarm onto the face of the new wall.
This project demonstrates CWC Ltd’s ability to identify efficient, compliant solutions that improve building safety without undertaking unnecessary removal and replacement work.
04 Cladding completion
CWC Ltd was appointed midway through the construction of a new Starbucks drive-thru in Huntingdon after the original cladding contractor was unable to complete the required works.
Taking over an active project presented several challenges. A significant proportion of the materials already ordered were either unsuitable or incorrect for the proposed installation. Working closely with the wider project team, we reviewed the existing specification and adapted the design where necessary, allowing the majority of the available materials to be used while maintaining the required quality, appearance and construction programme.
Through careful planning, practical problem-solving and effective site coordination, our team successfully brought the outstanding cladding works through to Practical Completion—delivering the project on time and within budget.
The completed drive-thru achieved a high-quality finish despite the demanding circumstances, demonstrating CWC Ltd’s ability to take control of challenging projects and deliver dependable results.
Our approach
Good construction is more than the finished result. It is careful planning, safe working, honest updates and taking responsibility at every stage.
